Participants who wish to book for Sungai Selangor, Kuala Kubu Bharu White Water Rafting, the must note and understand that the water flow released by Selangor Dam are solely depends water demand in Klang Valley area. It is unpredictable and if the water level are not feasible for rafting session, we reserve the right to change the venue to Sungai Ulu Slim, Perak OR reschedule the new event date. The distance between Kuala Kubu Bharu and Ulu Slim, Perak around maximum 1 hour drive from Kuala Kubu Bharu.
We will only able to inform all the participants condition of river at 9 AM on the event date.
1. A full payment of total amount is required upon booking to secure the slot. Any cancellation and postponed before 3 days of the event will not be entertain. No refund request will be entertain.
2. Online booking shall be made 3 days prior to the event. Please contact our customer service for the last minute booking (2 days before the event).
3. For team building event ( 2 days 1 night and 3 days 1 night ), kindly please consult our customer service for quotation and information.
4. No Refund will be made for the NO Show and Un-utilized services.
5. Any request for postponed (by customer) should be decided at least 5 days before the event. No refund will be made for the last minute postpone request.
6. Participants should be aware and report to us their health condition during the date of event. We reserve the right to dismiss participant from the event should the participants not fit for the activity.

Class 1 Rapids – Easiest:
Slow to fast moving water. Some small waves and ripples along the way. Not many obstructions, easily visible
Class 2 Rapids – Easy:
The rapids are slightly larger than Class I. Channels are wide, clear and easily navigable. Maneuvering around some objects may be necessary but not difficult. If slightly more navigation is necessary or water is quicker, the rapid may be considered “Class II+”
Class 3 Rapids – Medium:
Moderately sized, irregular waves. Faster current and narrower passages. Large waves, obstructions, rocks can be easily avoided with precise maneuvering. Powerful currents and strong eddies. Injuries are rare.
Class 4 Rapids – Advanced:
Current is fast, rapids are long and difficult. Passages are constricted and may include unavoidable waves and holes. Scouting the rapid before is recommended to know the best route.
Class 5 Rapids – Expert:
Extremely long, complex and difficult. Waves are large and unavoidable. Drops, holes and steep chutes are common. Scouting is highly recommended.
Class 6 Rapids – Extreme:
These runs often exemplify the extremes of difficulty, unpredictability, and dangers of whitewater rafting. The consequences of errors are very severe!
